Add women, CHANGE everything.

Corporate Leadership

Has your company tapped into the potential of your talented team? Are you looking to create a mentorship or sponsorship program?

Diversity is not only the “right” thing to do; it’s a strategic choice that drives innovation and a better investment. Numerous studies demonstrate that diversity in leadership—especially gender diversity—equals innovation and better solutions:

  • Ernst & Young: diverse groups perform better than homogeneous ones, by a substantial margin, even if the members of the homogeneous groups are more capable;
  • Harvard Business Review reports that a group’s collective intelligence, no matter what the IQ of its individuals, rises dramatically as more women are added to the group;
  • Bloomberg Business cites that women consistently demonstrate leadership qualities of collaboration, team-building, and inclusiveness.

A recent Forbes article pointed toward the need for more sponsorship in business, and the fact that many young women underestimate sponsorship's value in their advancement.

The good news is companies such as American Express, Deloitte, and Morgan Stanley are investing in sustainable approaches to nurturing sponsorship relationships. And keeping women in the game—at all levels, from junior to senior leadership—benefits everyone.

Corporate Leadership Development Programs

We work closely with corporate partners to engage, motivate and prepare millennial women to advance into positions of leadership at a critical point in their decision making – where they often shape their decisions to “shift out” of the organization. TWHP believes that to achieve its mission, it must focus first on inspiring and engaging women to lead – so we “meet women where they are”!
